Kundalini Yoga

Through a combination of physical and breathing exercises, mantras and meditations, we strengthen the nervous, endocrine and immune systems of our body. Kundalini Yoga activates the energy in the body and helps to achieve inner balance, which leads to more vitality, joie de vivre and increased perception.


With Kundalini Yoga we clean the chakras (energy centers) and energy channels in our body. This allows life energy to flow freely within us again. Regular practice helps to find your way back to center, to feel more vital and self-confident and to connect with your intuition.


The different breathing exercises during Kundalini Yoga play an important role. They should bring the thoughts into the present, activate, cleanse and detoxify the energy.


Who is Kundalini Yoga suitable for?

For everyone who wants to feel more vital and centered - beginners and advanced are welcome. The exercises can sometimes be physically demanding, but the focus is not on increasing fitness but on breathing and activating the energy centers. In addition to physical and breathing exercises, we will meditate and sing mantras.
